Help meet the growing demand for paralegals

An occupation that's projected by the U.S. Department of Labor to grow 21-25% in the next few years, a paralegal (also known as legal assistant) plays a vital role in any practice of law. Besides investigating and researching cases, paralegals interview clients, organize all case information and help draft legal documents.

Most paralegals are employed in private law firms, corporate legal departments, or government offices. They can work in all areas of the law, including litigation, personal injury, criminal law, labor law, immigration and real estate. And according to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, the average paralegal salary in the United States is $41,721.
